We believe that God is the Creator and Sustainer of all that is.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God and through Him all people may know God’s grace, experience salvation, and discover their true identity as persons created in the image of God.
We believe that the Holy Spirit is the abiding presence of God and is present for all people, forever drawing them toward faith in Jesus Christ and service to God through worship and ministry within the world.
We believe the Bible is the written word of God and is “inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, so that everyone who belongs to God may be proficient, equipped for every good work” (II Timothy 3:16-17, NRSV).
We believe that the church was established by Jesus and is made up of those persons who have declared their faith in Jesus Christ through the profession of their faith and their commitment to be His disciples in the world and have followed His instruction to be baptized.
We believe that Communion (the Lord’s Supper) was instituted by Jesus and given to the church as an act through which they are to remember His life, ministry, death, and resurrection.
We believe that the church’s ministry is to make disciples and be involved in service both in our local community and beyond.
